The Sioux Falls Police Department is asking people to follow these tips to protect you from being a victim.  1.  Ask a neighbor to pick up your packages for you if you know you’re not going to be home.  2.  Have items delivered to your work.  3. If a retailer allows it, select a specific time for delivery when you will be home.
