On October 6, 2025, Sioux Falls Police responded to a storage facility near West 8th Street and North Kiwanis Avenue for a burglary. The investigation found that an unknown subject had forced open multiple doors to gain access to the units. Once inside, the suspect stole tools, collectibles, several antique firearms, and a variety of other items. The value of the stolen items is approximately $5,000.
